Warehouse Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory control, and support smooth logistics operations in a fast-paced supply chain environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely shipment handling.Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.Implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.Prepare warehouse reports and update management on operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.Good leadership and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsTime management and multitasking abilitiesLeadership and team coordination skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAt Noorka Logistics, efficient warehouse management is key to delivering reliable logistics services.
