Job Description

Location: OCTOHUB Logistics – JAFZA BranchJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1 – 6 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or sales support.About the RoleThe Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue and profitability for the JAFZA branch. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding sales volumes, deep‑selling existing products, and strengthening OCTOHUB’s market share across key trade lanes and logistics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for assigned geographies, products, and logistics solutionsOnboard new customers in line with weekly and monthly targetsDrive revenue growth and profitability as per assigned financial targetsPromote and sell freight forwarding services including air, sea, cross trade, multimodal, warehousing, and value‑added logistics solutionsEnsure timely customer payments in line with agreed credit terms and contractsStrengthen and grow existing customer accounts through cross‑selling and upsellingSupport sustainable business growth for the JAFZA branchPerform any additional tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager or ManagementQualifications & RequirementsJunior Sales: 1–2 years in logistics operations/salesSenior Sales: 4–6 years in logistics sales with proven pipeline and sales commitmentsExperience in Sea, Air, Road, Cross Trade, Multimodal, Customs Clearance, and WarehousingStrong industry knowledge and relationships with NVOCCs, Mainline Carriers, and Forwarders preferredStrong pricing, customer contracts, and agreement knowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Familiarity with CRM / ERP platformsStrong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skillsTarget‑oriented, proactive, and deadline‑driven#J-18808-Ljbffr
