GoodyCo leads our efforts in marketing and brand building, while Thokoman Foods anchors our manufacturing capabilities.</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>The Warehouse Admin is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate documentation, inventory coordination, and administrative assistance. This role helps ensure shipments, receipts, transfers, and inventory records are processed correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety/quality standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Process orders through the Extended Warehouse Management System (EWM) to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.</li><li>Ensure the warehouse and work areas are always organized and orderly for efficient operations.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.</li><li>Adhere to company policies quality and safety procedures to promote a secure workplace.</li><li>Supervise the loading process, ensuring shipments are correctly allocated and dispatched.</li><li>Print and manage pick summaries and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure smooth outbound logistics.</li><li>Report and elevate any discrepancies in orders, loading, or system transactions.</li><li>Assist in inventory control and stock accuracy by monitoring outbound shipments.</li><li>Communicate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Ability to follow written and documented warehouse procedures.</li><li>Good communication skills (able to coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments).</li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li></ul><h3>Working Environment</h3><p>At Basamh Group, we pride ourselves on attracting talented individuals by offering dynamic and rewarding professional opportunities that inspire growth and innovation.
