As a waiter you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.You are aware of revenue targets and assist in ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre‑set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.By taking part in a daily team briefing pre‑service you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.During your daily routine you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance at all times, including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations.You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are compiled and understood by every team member.Ensure that all food and beverage hygiene and sanitation standards are attained in accordance with local municipality regulations.Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.The job advertisement is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities involved; specific tasks may vary and are subject to change.What you’ll bringYou’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role
