The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at the restaurant. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, setting tables, and providing general assistance to other staff members as needed. The Waiter must also ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and that service is provided in a courteous manner.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they enter the restaurantTake orders from customers accuratelyServe food and drinks promptlyStock supplies such as napkins and condimentsMaintain cleanliness of dining room areaKeep up with current menu items, specials, promotions, etc.Ensure all guests receive the highest standard of customer service at all timesHandle customer complaints or issues in a professional mannerRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Waiter or Waitress preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills with fluency in English languageAbility to work independently or as part of a teamKnowledge of local dishes and beverages is an assetSalary & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.
