The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers upon arrival and provide them with menusPrepare beverages including coffee, tea, juices, etc. following established standardsTake orders from customers accurately and serve them promptly as per their requestsEnsure that all orders are served correctly according to established standardsRespond promptly to customer inquiries about menu itemsCreate an enjoyable dining experience for customers through friendly interactionMaintain kitchen and dining areas clean at all timesFollow food safety regulations when handling food itemsQualificationsPrior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality settingExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to take initiative and solve problems quicklyAbility to lift up to 25 kgsKnowledge of food preparation and presentation techniquesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English (additional languages preferred)Ability to work in a team environmentWorking ConditionsThis job is a full-time position with shifts typically ranging from 8 hours/day between 9am-10pm.
