OverviewExecutive Chef vacancy in Khalifah A City UAE. Khalifah A City is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant kitchen and will be in charge of developing and executing menu items to meet customer demands.ResponsibilitiesDevelop menus and design recipes, create new dishes, and oversee menu planning to meet customer demand.Manage inventory, monitor staff performance, control costs, monitor food quality, and conduct regular taste testing.Ensure compliance with health codes and food safety standards; provide guidance and training for kitchen staff.QualificationsAt least three years of experience as an Executive Chef in a professional kitchen.Strong leadership and ability to manage and motivate a team of cooks.Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; creative approach to menu planning.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong English communication (oral and written).Proficiency with kitchen software and inventory management systems; knowledge of different cooking techniques.#J-18808-Ljbffr
