Job PurposeIdentify growth opportunities and technological solutions across core Asset Management systems, data platforms, and digital operationsDevelop tech, digital and data strategy / road map and ensure its implementation within FAB Asset ManagementAct as change agent in FAB Asset Management’s digital ambitions, proactively advising leadership on relevant trendsDevelop IT and Data policies and proceduresKey AccountabilitiesDeep knowledge of IT systems, data platforms and enterprise architecture required to run an asset management firm (e.g., PMS) as well as the most advanced technical solutions (e.g., asset pooling) and application (e.g., tokenization)Deep knowledge of all digital tools and advanced analytics relevant to an asset manager (client reporting, data management systems…)Expertise in leveraging and implementing tech to improve operationsDevelop, operationalize and optimize FAB AM technology and data infrastructureDeliver on business KPIs and tech/digital/data adoption targetsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., business lines) to align strategies and initiativesRemain up to date with regulatory standards and framework that will ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experienceQualifications & ExperienceBusiness digital & tech partnersEnterprise analytics & AIDigital platform operationsData governance & qualityAsset Management Systems (e.g., Portfolio Management System)Asset PoolingTokenizationYears of experience: 5+ years#J-18808-Ljbffr
