Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 03/11/2026We are seeking a highly qualified Vocational Trainer to support our newly developed Health and Wellness Tourism Operations Diploma. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in health and wellness tourism operations, luxury hospitality, and student or staff training. A Master’s degree is preferred. The trainer will play a key role in delivering academic content, coordinating field training with partner hotels and wellness facilities, and supervising students across various training sites. TVTC pre‑approval is required.Key ResponsibilitiesVocational Training CoordinationDevelop, plan, and coordinate on‑site practical training at hotels, resorts, wellness centers, and tourism facilities in Jeddah.Build and maintain relationships with industry partners for student placements.Ensure smooth implementation of training rotations across multiple sites.Academic DeliveryTeach specialized courses related to health and wellness tourism operations.Lead simulation sessions, case‑based learning, and practical workshops.Participate in developing training materials, content outlines, and assessments.Student SupervisionOversee students during field training and ensure adherence to program standards.Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback.Support student readiness for industry‑based roles.Work with academic and vocational teams to continuously improve curriculum relevance.Stay updated on trends in luxury hospitality, wellness tourism, and customer experience.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all training activities align with TVTC regulations and institutional policies.Maintain clear records of attendance, assessments, and training hours.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, or a related field (mandatory) with significant industry experience.Master’s degree (preferred), especially for candidates with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Tourism.Experience10-15 years of hands‑on experience in:o Health and wellness tourism operationso Luxury hospitality (hotels, resorts, wellness retreats)o Training or supervising staff/students in a vocational or operational settingExperience in designing or delivering vocational training is highly desirable.CertificationsLanguage SkillsStrong command of English (spoken and written).Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Deep knowledge of hospitality and wellness tourism operations.Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.Proven experience in training or managing operational teams.Ability to deliver engaging content and simulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable using technology to support teaching and training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
