The business is scaling its commercial operations and market presence.ResponsibilitiesLead sales strategy, market entry, and revenue growth across priority sectors.Oversee enterprise sales teams, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.Build predictable pipelines and long-term client relationships.Refine pricing models, sales governance, and performance management frameworks.Work closely with product and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand.Report directly to executive leadership and influence overall growth strategy.Candidate Profile / QualificationsSenior B2B sales leadership experience within services, platforms, or technology-enabled businesses.Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential.Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.Demonstrates commercial ownership, leadership maturity, and strong negotiation skills.Experience building and scaling sales teams is required.Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
