Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the entire fundraising process of JD Property Development in the Middle East region. Formulate and implement regional fundraising plans in conjunction with the company's strategic layout, expand and maintain core local capital channels in the Middle East, and achieve fundraising targets.Tap various capital resources in the Middle East region (including but not limited to sovereign funds, family offices, private equity funds, etc.), establish long‑term and stable cooperative relationships, and deepen the layout of local resources.Take the lead in conducting fundraising negotiations, due diligence coordination, agreement promotion and other related work, cooperate with internal teams to complete the closed‑loop of the entire fundraising chain, and ensure that the fundraising work is carried out in a compliant and efficient manner.Track the dynamics, policy changes and industry trends of the fundraising market in the Middle East region, output market analysis reports, and provide professional suggestions for the adjustment of the company's regional fundraising strategy.Integrate into the team and make up for the shortcomings of the existing team's communication style, promote cross‑departmental and cross‑regional collaboration with a structured work method, convey the concept of efficient communication, and improve the overall fundraising efficiency of the team.Requirements (Hard Criteria)Work Experience: 5-7 years and above of relevant fundraising work experience, with mature practical experience in fundraising, and priority will be given to candidates with complete fundraising project landing cases.Local Resources: Must have existing local capital resources and channels in the Middle East, be familiar with the rules and culture of the local fundraising market in the Middle East, and be able to quickly connect with local core capital parties.Professional Background: Priority is given to candidates from private equity (PE), fundraising consulting companies and other related fields, with relevant industry resources and professional accumulation.Requirements (Competency Criteria)Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, which can be used as the working language; able to conduct English negotiations, reports and cross‑cultural communications without obstacles.
