Python Engineer | Fintech / Trading | Dubai (Hybrid) | 20k-30k AED P/M.We’ve partnered with an early‑stage stealth mode fintech startup (with great funding) that are building a fully automated/AI powered trading system for real world prediction markets (think Polymarket but with a real B2B focus).This company are brand new to Dubai and they’re now building their team from scratch - starting with multiple Python Engineers to join their founding team here in the region. To put it bluntly, these roles would be perfect for those of you that are:Ideal candidatesPassionate about the world of trading/fintech.Real 0-1 builders.Excited about joining a company on day one of their journey.Requirements2+ years’ commercial experience with Python (alongside AI coding tools like Windsurf or Cursor).Startup mindset/experience and comfortable building from scratch (0-1 building).A strong understanding of either AWS, GCP or Azure.Proven commercial experience in a quant / trading role, although fintech experience more generally also works.Someone who’s already here within the UAE (ideally).Interested in finding out more?
