A leading developer is expanding its data centre operations globally and requires an Executive HR leader to drive this growth.This is not a traditional HR role. It is a strategic leadership position focused on building, scaling, and aligning HR functions across multiple regions.You will report directly to the Chief HR Officer and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s global workforce strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR strategy across USA, GCC, and APAC operationsDesign and implement organisational structures to support rapid growthDrive workforce planning aligned with business expansionDevelop and execute Learning & Development frameworksBuild and embed culture across multi-regional teamsLead organisational development initiativesPartner with leadership to support scaling of data centre operationsCandidate RequirementsMinimum 15+ years of HR experienceCurrently operating at Director or VP levelMandatory data centre experience, with the last two roles in the sectorExperience working across multiple regions (USA, GCC, APAC preferred)Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsStrong track record inWorkforce planningCulture and transformationWhat This Role OffersDirect reporting line to senior leadershipExposure to global operations and strategyOpportunity to build and shape HR functions at scaleLong-term growth within a developer expanding into data centresThis role requires deep, recent experience within the data centre sector.
