Vice President - Business Excellence

Job PurposeLead the efforts to improve the execution and performance of work practices within Aldar towards operational excellence. Ensure the achievement of all required standards and manage ISO certifications. Continuously improve Aldar into a Global Leading organization.Roles And ResponsibilitiesSet the overall business excellence strategy and ensure buy‑in of internal stakeholders.Develop and monitor the Aldar Business Excellence Model according to the International Business Excellence Frameworks (e.g., EFQM).Oversee the implementation of Excellence requirements across Aldar to align practices with the Excellence model.Manage ISO certifications and implement all required operational requirements to achieve ISO standards (including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 30401 Knowledge Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management, ISO/IEC 27000 Information Security, and others).Lead the development and update of policies to ensure appropriate internal controls, clarity on applicability, and alignment with the requirements of the Quality Guidelines while involving all relevant stakeholders through to board approval.Manage local and regional recognition and certification (e.g., registration of EFQM Model assessment) and act as the focal point of contact for all communications with external parties related to business excellence awards locally, regionally, and internationally.Implement a centralized Quality Management System to establish internal controls and identify critical operational improvements.Conduct periodic performance evaluation and operational reviews of the Aldar QMS elements and report maturity and implementation status to the Management Committee.Manage the implementation of the Service Management Framework by identifying and receiving requests for the services provided by different businesses/departments across the Group, analyzing the nature of services, and developing Service Cards, Catalogues, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Oversee and coordinate all consulting expertise engaged on ISO-related initiatives.Design and implement required big‑data formats to support organizational strategic initiatives – a program of analytics-based continuous improvement.Plan, prepare, and execute a BU-wide service quality program incorporating operations, sales, and customer services.Design, develop, and implement quality control improvement plans including supportive training programs for the respective areas of development.Study and benchmark business excellence best practice within and beyond the industry.Direct the team for effective implementation of quality procedures and adherence to global standards.Analyze gaps and equip the team with standardized tools, processes, and procedures.Related Year Of ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience in the business excellence domain or a similar function.YOE In Managerial PositionMinimum 2+ years in a related managerial position.Field Of ExperienceReal estate experience, Corporate Governance.Technical And Interpersonal SkillsMinimum Lean Green Belt certification.Six Sigma/ISO certification, EFQM, and any relevant quality certification.Auditor accreditation preferred.QualificationBachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or a related field.A Master’s degree in business administration will be advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
