UX/UI Designer (Freelancer)

The UX/UI Designer will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end digital product experiences across complex, high-traffic platforms. This role goes beyond visual design—focusing on user research, problem framing, interaction design, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.You will own design outcomes from discovery through delivery, contributing to both day-to-day product execution and long‑term design standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design across web and mobile platforms, from discovery and ideation to final UI and handoverTranslate complex business, trading, or data‑driven requirements into clear, intuitive user journeys and interfacesConduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with product strategyContribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibilityCollaborate closely with Product Managers to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize user needsWork hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, well‑implemented, and delivered to a high standardAdvocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization, balancing user needs with business and technical constraintsReview and refine designs based on feedback, performance data, and changing product requirementsMentor junior designers and provide constructive design feedback when requiredRequirements6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital product design rolesProven experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or systems (fintech, SaaS, data‑heavy, or transactional products preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem solving, and high-quality UI executionDeep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and accessibility standardsHigh proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (or equivalent)Experience working within cross‑functional product teams alongside Product, Engineering, and stakeholdersAbility to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail, systems thinking, and consistency across large-scale productsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership and accountability#J-18808-Ljbffr
