<div><ul><li>UX Researcher (Saudi National – Riyadh-Based, 1-Year Project)</li></ul><h3>UX Researcher (Saudi National – Riyadh-Based, 1-Year Project)</h3><h3><b>Job Overview</b></h3><p>We are looking for an<b>enthusiastic and detail-oriented UX Researcher</b>to join our team in<b>Riyadh</b>for a<b>1-year project</b>.<br/>In this role, you will lead and support various<b>user research activities</b>including user interviews, usability testing, focus groups, and accessibility assessments.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><p>Plan and execute UX research projects, including defining research strategies, preparing scripts, and setting up research environments.</p><p>Conduct and moderate research sessions such as<b>usability testing, user interviews, card sorting, and focus groups</b>.</p><p>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and user challenges.</p><p>Analyze and synthesize research findings into<b>clear, actionable insights</b>.</p><p>Present and communicate research results to design, product, and development teams.</p><p>Perform<b>desk research</b>activities (heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, comparable product reviews, etc.).</p><p>Recruit and screen participants that match user personas and testing criteria.</p><p>Create<b>user personas</b>,<b>journey maps</b>, and other research deliverables.</p><p>Support in<b>usability and accessibility evaluations</b>to ensure inclusive design outcomes.</p><p>Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.</p><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><p><b>Saudi Nationality</b>(Male or Female).</p><p><b>Based in Riyadh</b>– presence required for in-person research sessions.</p><p><b>1-year project-based role</b>, starting<b>ASAP</b>(with potential extension).</p><p>Minimum<b>2 years of experience</b>in UX Research or related fields (UX/UI Design with research involvement).</p><p>Proven experience conducting<b>user testing</b>and qualitative research.</p><p><b>Arabic fluency</b>is essential;<b>English</b>proficiency is a plus.</p><p>Strong understanding of<b>user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles</b>.</p><p>Familiarity with<b>accessibility standards</b>is a strong advantage.</p><p>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</p><p>Able to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
