UX Researcher (Blockchain Foundation)

A blockchain foundation powering a L1 network, focused on enhancing user accessibility within the DeFi space is seeking a UX Researcher. This role is integral to understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric improvements in our products.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive user studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.Analyze research findings to inform design and product decisions.Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.Develop and implement research methodologies tailored to project goals.Present research findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.Required SkillsBackground in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Proven expertise in various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.Experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector is preferred but fintech, finance, consumer application experiences open too.#J-18808-Ljbffr
