Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Service Development SpecialistPosting Date: 31 Mar 2026Requisition ID: 3613Location: BarakahPosting Status: Active RecruitmentJob PurposeProvides direct technical oversight and support for critical projects assigned to Cyber Security at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant by developing detailed plans for the conduct or support of the critical cyber security operations activities through collaboration with all stakeholders. Participates in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during the execution of cyber projects.Primary ResponsibilitiesConsults with internal stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Conduct risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document, and refine functional requirements and specifications.Define project scope and objectives based on user requirements.Develop and document requirements, capabilities and constraints for design procedures and processes.Perform needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions.Interpret and translate internal stakeholder requirements into Operational requirements.Applying cyber security and privacy principles to organizational requirements.Develop detailed plans for the conduct or support of the critical cyber security operations activities through collaboration with all stakeholders.Participates in target selection, validation, synchronization, and enables integration during the execution of cyber actions.Provide input to the analysis, design, development, or acquisition of capabilities used for meeting cyber security objectives.Assist and advise stakeholders in identifying and developing best practices for facilitating operational support to achievement of organization objectives.Develop or participate in the development of standards for providing, requesting, and/or obtaining support from external partners for critical cyber security operations.Facilitate interactions between internal and external stakeholders to synchronize and integrate courses of action in support of objectives.Issue requests for information and provide subject matter expertise for critical cyber security projects.Ensure that technical project documentation is made available so that the customers can develop procedures and processes.Technical Implementation Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesTechnical lead during the implementation of projects being delivered into the organization.Liaise with external stakeholders, provide technical guidance of business requirements.Validate technical solutions, including designs.Oversee the technical implementation of projects and ensure that the solutions being delivered meet with organizational and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security or Computer Science or relevant field.Experience5 years of relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
