UAE Nationals | Executive – Licensing

Job PurposeThe Licensing Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of licensing activities, including processing, reviewing, and managing applications in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies while delivering high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process license applications, renewals, amendments in line with regulatory and organizational policies.Verify submitted documents and ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, HSE, Finance, etc.) to resolve licensing‑related issues.Provide guidance and support to clients regarding licensing requirements, processes, and procedures.Ensure adherence to timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for licensing activities.Stay updated on regulatory changes, government policies, and market practices related to licensing.Handle client inquiries professionally and elevate complex cases to senior management when required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.1 up to 2 years of experience in licensing.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting SLAs.Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA)Established in 2021, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) consolidates and integrates the products and services of Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ), Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), and the Dubai CommerCity (DCC).
