Tyre Inspector

The Tyre Inspector will be a member of the Technical Service team which is responsible for all tyre related operational services and aftermarket issue management.They will be responsible for claims investigation and will perform detailed inspection of reported tyres at customer locations across the UAE. They are expected to provide excellent customer service during the inspection process and maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results.Quality assurance of incoming tyres at the warehouse will be another key responsibility. The Tyre Inspector will be responsible for identifying and documenting any defects, irregularities, or deviations from quality standards.They will also be responsible for conducting product test programmes and evaluations throughout the year on various applications to ensure tyres are meeting performance requirements. They will conduct routine customer surveys and spot inspections to monitor the correct use of tyres.They will also be involved in Fleet Audits and Quality checks.They will steer competitor product analysis and market surveys on a routine basis to guide product development and new product introduction plans of the company.Desired ProfileBTech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Rubber Technology/ Automobile/Other related fields.Experience with business‑to‑business sales and marketing.In‑depth product and industry knowledge.Experience in manufacturing or product development.Experience in aftermarket services and customer management.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong ICT literacy and aptitude.Fluency in multiple languages.Strong Values and Positive approach.UAE Driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
