SENIOR MEP ENGINEER (ARABIC)

About the RoleResponsible to assist operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.Follow up the daily operation with the supervisors, charge hands and closing work orders. Perform inspection and evaluation of systems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and DE snagging. Familiar with the relevant MEP international codes and standards. Outsource the quotations for the special skilled work and have negotiation skills with external contractors. Liaising with clients for the feedback of the quality of service.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with main office for proper planning of PM schedules with respect to resources.Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jobs.Carry out the engineering duties in planning and overseeing maintenance of building MEP works.Make sure that company policy and regulations, health & safety plans at site work are implemented.Qualifications3 year Diploma is a must and Bachelor Degree is desirable.Relevant professional certification is preferred.Required Skills7 - 9 years relevant experience.UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is preferred.Process Orientation, Planning & Organizing and Delegation Skills.Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.Arabic speaking is must#J-18808-Ljbffr
