Treasury Senior Manager

OverviewAs the Treasury Senior Manager at Snoonu, you will be responsible for managing liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk across the group. You will ensure Snoonu has the right funding, visibility, and controls to support rapid growth, multi-vertical and regional expansion, and increasing transaction volumes.ResponsibilitiesLiquidity & Cash Management: own daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasting across all entities of the Snoonu Group; optimize liquidity positioning to support operations, growth investments, and working capital needs; manage intercompany funding and cash pooling structures.Banking & Payments: manage relationships with local and international banks, payment gateway providers, and fintech partners; oversee bank account structures, mandates, and signatories.Funding & Capital Structure: support debt facilities, guarantees, and credit lines where required; prepare treasury inputs for Board and investor reporting; maintain a strong relationship with the Group Treasury Team; model funding scenarios to support growth and stress testing.Risk Management & Controls: monitor FX exposure, counterparty risk, and liquidity risk; define and maintain treasury policies, controls, and approval frameworks; ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.Systems & Process Improvement: improve treasury reporting, automation, and bank connectivity using tools such as Kyriba; partner with Finance Systems and ERP teams to enhance cash visibility; support treasury-related process standardization across entities.Qualifications8–10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management.Experience in high-growth, fintech, or transaction-heavy environments preferred.Strong cash flow modeling and financial analysis skills.Experience managing bank relationships and payment structures.Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Inside Snoonu’s UniverseSnoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
