Key ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, and cancellations.Coordinate with airlines to secure best fares and routes.Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements.Ensure timely issuance of tickets and maintain high standards of customer service.Ideal Skill SetsMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with an IATA Travel Agency.Sound knowledge of fare construction, reissues and refunds.GDS experience required – Amadeus/Galileo.Hands on experience on NDC systems.IATA Certification.Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
