Key ResponsibilitiesClientCentric Service: Deliver personalized visa consulting services managing the entire tourist visa application process including electronic document collection, online application submissions and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates and expert advice on tourist visa‑related matters.Communication & Client Education: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates and educating them on the visa process, timelines and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step.Sales Mindset: Approach each client interaction with a sales‑driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.Leverage Technology: Utilize digital tools for efficient document management and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment and possess strong client‑centric interpersonal skills. Self‑initiative, strong communication skills, a knack for embracing new technologies and a strong work ethic are essential to excel in this role.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operations, sales or customer service capacity specifically in tourist visa processing.Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.).EducationMinimum University Bachelors degree or higher.LocationAbility to relocate to / work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.LanguageFluent written & spoken English (at an advanced level).
