We set the standard for transportation and modern mobility.</p><p>For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Transportation Systems Engineer (m/f/d).</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review transit system design packages, drawings, technical submittals, and equipment documentation to ensure compliance with the D&B Contract and Employer Requirements.</li><li>Support transit system integration across signalling/ATC, telecoms, rolling stock, power supply, PSDs, depot systems, and station systems, ensuring seamless functional interoperability.</li><li>Participate in inspections and quality oversight activities, including NCR review, installation verification, and assessment of corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in testing&commissioning (FAT, SAT, subsystem tests, integration tests, and trial running), verifying transit system performance and safe operation.</li><li>Monitor transit system performance against RAMS requirements and operational benchmarks to support reliability and availability targets.</li><li>Review documentation including method statements, O&M manuals, interface control documents, hazard logs, and testing records for technical accuracy and contract compliance.</li><li>Support issue resolution by coordinating with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor disciplines, O&M Entity, and stakeholders to address integration and performance challenges.</li><li>Prepare engineering reports, technical assessments, system integration updates, and progress documentation for submission to the Employer as part of PMCM reporting.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related discipline, with 12+ years of relevant transit systems engineering experience.</li><li>Experience working with metro or rail transit systems, including signalling, telecoms, rolling stock interfaces, traction power, SCADA, and station systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of system integration principles, operational requirements, safety standards, and interdependencies across multi‑system environments.</li><li>Ability to review engineering documents, test plans, NCRs, interface documentation, O&M manuals, and commissioning deliverables.</li><li>Familiarity with RAMS principles, testing&commissioning procedures, and operational performance requirements for automated metro systems.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate technical issues, assess risks, and propose engineering solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and team coordination abilities for collaboration with PMCM teams, contractors, O&M entities, and Employer representatives.</li><li>High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability suitable for a large, multi‑contract transit megaproject environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
