Job Purpose:Key responsibilities include executing client orders across various asset classes in coordination with the Head of Execution Trading, supporting the onboarding of counterparties and handling ongoing KYC requests, as well as conducting market research and analysis to enhance market insight and optimize trade execution.Key Accountabilities:Minimum 10 years of trading experience across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, forex) with a proven track record in managing and optimizing high-net-worth client portfolios and implementing tailored trading strategies.Trading/ExecutionEnsure accurate and error-free execution of client and proprietary trades across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, and forex), adhering to best execution standards and minimizing market impact.Implement trading strategies designed to outperform agreed benchmarks and hit ratios (where applicable).Manage and monitor open orders efficiently, providing clients with timely status updates and execution summaries.Maintain flexibility to support trading coverage during late U.S. market hours or other shift requirements, as needed.Trade Reconciliation & SettlementPerform daily reconciliation of open orders for prop and clients across asset classes between internal blotters and market records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.Verify trade accuracy, including commission structures and discount rates, and address any mismatches or errors.Oversee timely and accurate settlement of trades, resolving settlement issues in coordination with brokers and custodians.Support account setup processes including Prime Broker accounts and DVP/RVP brokerage accounts.Remain up to date with evolving market regulations and ensure trade execution practices remain compliant.Market Research & AnalysisServe as the central liaison for receiving, distributing, and organizing third-party investment research for portfolio managers, private bankers, and other stakeholders.Compile and upload relevant research materials to the internal research portal and prepare presentation materials for investment committee meetings on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).Support the Head of Execution Trading with market monitoring, research, and analysis to drive informed decision-making and execution efficiency.Track and communicate new primary fixed income issuances and equity IPOs to the Asset Management and Investment teams.Operational SupportManage creation and editing of securities, including corporate action processing as frequently as required.Source and input required data for onboarding new securities and brokers into the core banking, order management, and execution systems.Update broker and custodian commission schedules as needed.Investigate and resolve trading-related alerts or issues raised by brokers and custodians in a timely manner.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Pursuing or completed professional qualification such as CFA or FRM preferred.Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies.Completed the SCA required courses for trading in the markets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
