Functional role:Territories: GCC, Subsidiaries, Export.Channels: Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA.Assessment and Target settingUniverse & Market size estimation by channel and categoryCoverage target by channel and regionRoute to market recommendation (direct supply, distributor, wholesaler…)Share of Shelf – MT and GTMSL recommendation for each channelDistribution by listing, MSL, Contracts – MT, GT, HORECAListing Fee development for NPD & EPD – MT, GTNew channel development and monitoringE-commerce activation, listing and 3D updationActivationTrade Activity calendar development with investment planning and monitoringPromotion planning along with the Category Managers and Demand Planner .ROI by channel, retailer and category vs promo plan on all key activations …Manage secondary budget set for the category & analyse investments, channelize investments based on ROIAssessment and Target setting (Second part)Secondary Activations Budgets and number of displayLeaflet Monitoring top 10 chainsGondola Head monitoring with permanent merchandiser storesMonitor price indexing for top retailers / item – MT & GTSales Team Execution Assessment and SupportWorking closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives & revenue targets – Sales and Margins to be continuously reviewed to make counter plans based on market situation evolution / competition behaviourDeveloping and updating training manuals like the Tool Books for the Sales TeamCommunicating the Best practices and Best in class executions quarterly to all KAM, distributors and subsidiariesDeveloping & designing planogram along with Category ManagersComparing visibility % vs market share % and propose solutions for improvementCoordinating training sessions with HR & Sales team on key building blocks (merchandising, FIFO, gondolas…)Visiting market weekly to support sales team on Best Practice executionGathering information on required for NPD to Category ManagersTime spent with each functionSales Team / Distributor – 50%Category Managers – 20%Customers – 10%External Agencies – 10%Demand Planner – 5%Logistics – 5%#J-18808-Ljbffr
