Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team on a parttime basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the web design and development industry and a proven track record of generating new this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and promoting our services to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients in the Dubai market Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts through networking events social media and other channels Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services and generate leads Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure client satisfaction and project success Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the web design and development industry Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques Knowledge of the Dubai market and business culture Must be able to work parttime 20 hours per week We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure Flexible working hours Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company A dynamic and collaborative work environment If you are a driven and resultsoriented individual with a passion for sales and the web design industry we want to hear from you!
