TESTING & COMMISSIONING MANAGER

Job ResponsibilitiesLead manage and supervise all Testing & Commissioning activities across Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Firefighting systems.Develop and implement commissioning plans strategies and schedules in coordination with project teams.Review design documents method statements risk assessments and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance.Coordinate with contractors consultants and clients to resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.Manage T&C teams to ensure timely execution of works and adherence to quality and safety standards.Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports test certificates and handover documentation.Ensure all commissioning works are completed as per international codes project specifications and contractual requirements.Provide technical leadership and training to junior engineers and site staff.Key QualificationsBachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.Strong contracting background with proven success in delivering large-scale projects.Hands-on experience in HVAC plumbing firefighting and electrical systems commissioning.Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.VerticalDigital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
