Test Manager Corporate Action and Trade Settlement Custody services (Technology)

OverviewThe Test Manager is accountable for defining, implementing, and managing the testing strategy for TCS BaNCS custody services, ensuring quality delivery across Trade Settlement, Corporate action, Cash & Position Management, Billing, End User Reporting (EUR), and Static Data setups. The role involves leading test teams, managing risk, test planning and execution, defect management and ensuring compliance with GCC market regulations. The Test Manager will also establish robust reporting frameworks for test governance, ensuring visibility to senior stakeholders through structured dashboards and executive summaries.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the testing strategy for custody services across the listed domains (Trade Settlement, Corporate action, Cash & Position Management, Billing, End User Reporting, Static Data).Lead test teams, manage risk, and oversee test planning, execution, and defect management.Ensure compliance with GCC market regulations.Establish robust reporting frameworks for test governance with visibility to senior stakeholders through dashboards and executive summaries.Qualifications10+ years in software testing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in TCS BaNCS Custody platform and GCC market settlement processes.Proven experience in test strategy, governance, and reporting for complex financial systems and custody services.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr and test management tools.Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and file-based trade processing.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.Strong technical background with expertise in Investment banking products and services under security services and in custody services.Proven proficiency in implementing and adopting cloud technologies.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and proven ability to lead successful service initiatives.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
