Job Description

As a Territory Manager in the Small & Medium Business (SMB) segment (MENAT/Sub Saharan Africa Region) you will be responsible for driving customer digital transformation through effective engagement with C-level executives, Line of Business leaders, IT leaders, architects and developers. You will be a brand custodian working to support our customers, partners and end-users as they work with AWS and utilize our cloud technology to innovate and improve their business outcomes.In this role you will exemplify Think Big to develop the SMB segment and Learn and Be Curious about the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across strategic accounts. As a trusted advisor you will listen to our customers and help solve complex business transformation and growth challenges so they can focus on delivering optimal business results. Your role will include customer engagement and creating a pipeline of strategic accounts while managing existing customers. Join us and help us grow.Key job responsibilitiesSupport SMB customers within a defined territory having single threaded ownership of the territoryDrive adoption of new AWS services always working backwards from the customer problemDevelop relationships with stakeholders across the entire customer organization including C‑suite engagementWork with the AWS partner community to ensure strong partner alignment to support your customersWork with the supporting functions in AWS including specialist sales and technical teams to support customer requirementsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of high tech sales and business development experienceTrack record of meeting and exceeding business established goalsProfessional ambitious and results oriented mind setExcellent communication and presentation skills and sales experience with virtualization/infrastructure solutionsPrevious experience in high technology or B2B spaceSales experience with cloud solutionsAWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate etc)UAE National with Family BookOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
