As we expand Data & AI practice in UAE we seek professionals who share our vision and can contribute to our growth.We are looking for individuals with the following experience:Lead delivery projects with our clients on a wide range of topicsData and AI strategy and roadmap development in alignment with corporate strategyDelivery of data analytics visualisation and AI solutions across technologies including Azure Snowflake Oracle GCP & AWSFunctional data design data modelling and data pipeline development (ETL) enhance the management and value of data across organisations and marketsMachine learning AI and statistics including developing predictive models of decision‑making supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms econometrics forecasting and quantitative diagnosis.Delivery of data modernisation and migration projects that utilise data transformation technologiesImplement frameworks to manage data governance and move towards a target operating model for people and processes including data quality data stewards and master data managementSupporting the adoption and enablement of Data and AI solutionsParticipating in business development working on existing projects and taking part in the development of new opportunities and the development of new offers that leverage and expand upon Sia Partners Global Data and AI solutions partnerships and platforms ( SIA GPT)Technical ExperienceSQL skills to support data pipeline and data modellingAzure Snowflake AWS or Oracle data warehousing technologiesData transformation tooling including Azure Data Factory (ADF) Five Tran Matilion Oracle Data Integration AWS Glue AWS Data Pipeline and othersAzure services including Synapse Data Lake Azure Databricks and FabricAnalytics tooling including Power BI Tableau Quick Sight or Oracle Analytics Cloud or similarJIRA / Confluence or similar agile tooling experienceYour role will involve coaching and mentoring consultants ensuring projects are delivered beyond expectations and providing fresh perspectives to challenge the status quo.QualificationsAbachelors or masters degreein Data Science AI Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Prior experience in professional services preferably in a Big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm.
