Technology Engineer - DevOps IaaS

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technology Engineer - DevOps IaaS to lead automation, infrastructure transformation, and DevOps implementation for enterprise cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins, and must have successfully executed at least two cloud migration projects from on-prem to public cloud (Azure/AWS/OCI).Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cloud transformation and infrastructure automation initiatives.Lead migrations of on-premise workloads to public cloud platforms.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.Manage CI/CD pipelines and adopt GITOPS for configuration management.Automate infrastructure provisioning, database pipelines, and application deployments.Build and secure scalable, high-availability cloud environments.Support integration with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.Collaborate with teams to manage APIs, certificates, SSL, DNS, and vault tools (CyberArk/HashiCorp).Ensure compliance with OS standards and implement security best practices.Work in Agile/hybrid delivery models with strong stakeholder communication.Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Essential)Red Hat Certified Architect / Azure / AWS / OCI Certifications (Essential)Technical Skills8+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles (Essential)Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins (Essential)Strong scripting in Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, or PythonExperience with GITOPS, CI/CD, and public cloud comparisonSolid understanding of infrastructure (SSL, DNS, Active Directory, Load Balancers)Hands-on experience with container platforms and artifact repositoriesExposure to ELK stack, database automation, and CIS compliance policies (Preferred)Behavioral CompetenciesStrategic and analytical thinker with R&D mindsetStrong communication (verbal, written, presentation)Familiarity with Agile practices and project methodologiesWhy Join Us?Join a forward-thinking team in Bengaluru driving cloud-first, DevOps-led digital transformation for enterprise clients.
