In this early-career role, you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.You’ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands‑on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.What you’ll do:As part of the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, Technology Consultant Associates will:Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy programParticipate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenariosSupport solution implementation activities including fit‑to‑standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live using SAP ActivateAssist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidanceContribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principlesSupport post‑go‑live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoptionHelp monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metricsContribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post‑deployment business impactLeverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiencyCollaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignmentLearn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high‑quality project executionContribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experienceExpectations and Tasks:Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalismEnsure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow‑up across implementation and adoption activitiesProvide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownershipIdentify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planningEnsure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomesUphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellenceWhat You BringSTEM degree or equivalent technology experience.1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments.Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable end‑to‑end solution designs, including integration points and applicable standards.Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio, interoperability, and full lifecycle implementation support.Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments.Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts (SSO, authorization management).Familiarity with hybrid/multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset and interest in AI/automation‑driven innovation.SAP coursework or certification in SAP Technology is a plus.Proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively engage with our global and local networkDue to local legal mandates only UAE nationals will be considered at this time.Meet your team:The Technology Consultant is a core role within SAP Customer Services & Delivery that partners with account teams and service delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that help customers realize measurable outcomes from the
