Technical Sales Representative – 1base1base is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive the sale of software and automation solutions with a strong focus on the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Creator, Analytics, Books, People, and custom integrations). This role sits at the intersection of consultative sales and technical solutioning. The successful candidate will engage with decision-makers, understand operational and digital transformation challenges, translate them into scalable Zoho-based solutions, and manage the sales cycle from discovery through closure. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited for candidates who are comfortable selling complex B2B software solutions and working closely with technical delivery teams.Responsibilities and QualificationsSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities for Zoho-based solutionsLead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, founders, and department headsOwn the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closingAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue KPIsSolution ConsultingConduct structured requirements discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain pointsTranslate business requirements into high-level technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystemCollaborate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility and scopePresent solution architectures, demos, and value propositions to clientsZoho Ecosystem FocusSell Zoho One implementations, CRM customizations, Creator applications, integrations, and managed servicesPosition Zoho as a strategic platform for automation, scalability, and digital transformationStay current with Zoho product updates, licensing models, and best practicesProposal & Commercial ManagementPrepare and present proposals, scopes of work, and pricing modelsSupport contract discussions and ensure commercial alignment with delivery capabilitiesMaintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and client records in CRMClient Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholdersSupport handover to delivery teams and remain involved during early implementation phasesIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsBenefits24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Bonus scheme (in relevant departments)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
