Technical Product Owner – Digital Asset Custody

Role PurposeOwn end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for the Digital Asset Custody platform, including backlog ownership, phased roadmap execution, and cross‑vendor coordination. The role acts as the single delivery authority ensuring secure, compliant, and timely go‑live of the custody platform within a regulated banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn custody MVP and phased roadmap covering retail and corporate custody use casesTranslate the custody operating model into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteriaDrive prioritisation and dependency management across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teamsAct as the single delivery authority across external vendors and internal ADCB technology and business teamsOwn go‑live readiness, including operational controls, cutover planning, regulatory conditions, and risk sign‑offsEnsure end‑to‑end delivery aligns with security, compliance, and architectural standardsProvide regular delivery status, risk, and dependency reporting to senior stakeholdersCore Competencies (Trading / Investments Equivalent)Product ownership of regulated platformsEnd‑to‑end transaction lifecycle ownership (custody equivalent of order‑to‑settlement)Strong dependency, delivery, and vendor management in multi‑party ecosystemsAbility to balance speed of delivery with regulatory and security constraintsTechnologies / Platforms (incl. shortlisted)Jira / Azure DevOps (backlog, sprint, and delivery management)Ripple Custody APIsADCB integration and channel platformsCloud, security, and enterprise integration platforms supporting custody operationsSkillset / ExperienceProven Technical Product Owner experience within banking domains such as payments, trading, custody, or digital walletsStrong ownership of API‑driven integrations and non‑functional requirements (security, resilience, performance)Hands‑on experience working with crypto, security, risk, and compliance teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams in parallel delivery tracksComfortable operating in highly regulated environments with audit and regulatory oversight#J-18808-Ljbffr
