Technical Manager

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all technical and engineering activities across the projectReview and approve design submissions, drawings, specifications, and technical reportsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, standards, and local authority regulationsCoordinate between design consultants, contractors, and PMC disciplinesProvide technical guidance during construction, value engineering, and problem resolutionOversee design changes, technical queries, and non-conformance resolutionsSupport the project team in constructability reviews and risk mitigationChair and participate in technical coordination and design review meetingsEnsure proper integration of civil, utilities, drainage, roadworks, and structuresReview method statements and technical proposals from contractorsMonitor technical performance and report progress to senior managementSupport tender evaluations from a technical compliance perspectiveManage technical interfaces with authorities and stakeholdersEnsure accurate documentation and version control of all technical deliverablesProvide input into schedule impacts related to technical issuesMentor and guide discipline engineers within the PMC teamSupport project close-out activities, including as-built reviews and handover documentationEssential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering disciplineMinimum 15 years of experience, including significant exposure to infrastructure and road projectsProven experience working in a PMC or consultancy environmentStrong knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and authority requirementsExcellent coordination, leadership, and decision-making skillsExperience in GCC projects is strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
