Engineer II - Sales Water Treatment

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineer II - Sales Water Treatment to join our team. The role focuses on retaining existing clients, driving new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for water treatment solutions, including WTP/WWTP systems, maintenance services, chemicals, resins, and spare parts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase business opportunities.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Promote and sell water treatment solutions including:WTP/WWTP systemsMaintenance servicesWater treatment chemicalsIon exchange resinsSpare partsPrepare sales forecasts and implement strategic plans for business growth.Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure smooth sales processes.Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.Conduct water analysis at client sites and prepare technical reports.Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding business with existing clients.RequirementsExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in water treatment, sales, or related industries.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.SkillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressureExcellent time management and prioritizationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeamwork and collaborationBehavioral CompetenciesHigh level of accountabilitySelf-motivated and proactiveAmbitious with strong work ethicsPreferred BackgroundExperience working on large-scale projects with major entities such as:Ministry of WaterIndustrial sectors (petrochemicals, steel, paper, water industries)Large private organizations#J-18808-Ljbffr
