Job Title: Technical Lead Full Stack (Hands-on)Department: TechnologyJob PurposeTo lead and execute the company's technical initiatives by providing hands‑on full stack development expertise, driving technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and directly managing the performance of the technical support and development team.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution & DevelopmentLead the development and optimization of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).Deliver high‑quality, scalable code across frontend and backend (hands‑on).Conduct and review code to ensure best practices and maintainability.Implement performance monitoring and incident response for critical systems.Strategic & Operational AlignmentCollaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with business OKRs.Contribute to annual and quarterly planning by defining the roadmap for digital platforms.Propose and defend tech‑related budgets with justification tied to ROI and growth enablement.Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors for long‑term scalability.Direct and mentor developers, DevOps engineers, and technical support staff.Define daily/weekly tasks, oversee sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding of technical roles.Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.Translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Lead technical discussions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Required Technical SkillsFrontend: React.js / Vue.js / Next.jsMobile: React Native or Flutter (preferred)DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, basic cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations (payment gateways, logistics, marketing tools)Version control systems: Git, GitHub/GitLabPerformance profiling, debugging, and QA oversightLeadership & Strategic SkillsAbility to connect technical solutions with business goals.Experience leading agile teams and sprint planning.Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Budget planning and project ROI assessment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
