Together with our customers, we transform the everyday for a better tomorrow.ResponsibilitiesLead configuration and commissioning engineers within projects as technical lead for multiple stations.Provide technical support and training to other commissioning and configuration engineers.Offer technical support to clients related to SCMS products & systems and train clients and junior colleagues.Configure and test Bay Control Units (BCUs), RTUs/PLCs, and SCMS systems.Develop new application solutions with IEC61850, Modbus, Profibus, IEC 101, IEC 104, or other relevant communication protocols.Lead the design, configuration, and FAT/commissioning of cybersecurity for substation automation systems.Act as a primary customer interface for troubleshooting and commissioning support.Assist in developing new proposals, including bills of materials and clarifying technical comments.Design, develop, implement, test, and commission protection and control applications and schemes.Prepare Site Acceptance Test procedures.Configure, test, and perform commissioning of SCMS for retrofit applications.Travel to job sites, customer offices, and vendor factories – expected to total about 75% of the time.Perform training on the SCMS system to customers.QualificationsExpected degree: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.8–12 years of relevant experience.Advanced knowledge of substation network topology design (Ring/Star with redundancy protocols such as RSTP, PRP, and HSR).Hands‑on experience with large IEC61850 network design, SCADA parameterization, and substation automation cybersecurity.Experience parameterizing IEC61850, IEC101, IEC104, and other communication protocols.Hands‑on experience configuring and testing BCUs with logics, and configuring HMIs with SLDs, alarms, events, and trends.Experience configuring gateways to convert various protocols and integrating numerical devices and meters to SCMS/RTU systems.Ready to lead or participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning at the site as required.Knowledge of cybersecurity in OT systems, including configuration of Next‑Gen Firewalls, IDS, Syslog servers, RBAC, and hardening.Advanced knowledge of IEC 62443 and IEC 62351 standards.Proficiency in English.BenefitsDiverse and inclusive culture.An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging.The foundation to develop personally and professionally.Great variety of learning and development opportunities.Transform the everyday with us!
