The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide assistance in developing the REL Quality Management System.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting inspections and audits of production processes, products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Support the preparation and maintenance of quality-related documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection reports and audit findings.Collaborate with the quality team to identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in implementing corrective actions.Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs for employees helping to raise awareness of quality standards and best practices.Support investigations into quality issues including conducting root cause analysis and developing recommendations for preventive measures.Monitor compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations reporting any deviations and suggesting corrective actions.Contribute to quality management projects including new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the organization.Provide feedback on existing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.Basic Qualifications and RequirementsCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Quality Management Systems or a related field.Student GPA should be 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.Desired SkillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.Solid organizational and communication skills.Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges and work collaboratively to achieve the best for business outcome.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
