Technical FX&Trading Product Manager

<p>We are seeking an experienced<strong>Technical Product Manager</strong>to join our Product team and drive the development of our FX and trading platforms.</p><p>This role is suited to a Product Manager who is<strong>hands-on, delivery-focused, and technically capable</strong>. You will work closely with engineering teams to translate business and trading requirements into clear, implementable product specifications.</p><p>This is<strong>not</strong>a roadmap-only or ceremony-focused Product role. Candidates must be comfortable working at system level, defining backend logic, calculations, rules, and edge cases, and supporting engineers through delivery.</p><p><strong><u>FX / trading experience is mandatory.</u></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimisation</li><li>Translate FX and trading requirements into clear product specifications, logic, and rules</li><li>Define backend behaviour, calculations, edge cases, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically sound and implementable</li><li>Validate technical assumptions, estimates, and implementation approaches</li><li>Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Data teams</li><li>Track product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights</li><li>Continuously improve product functionality, stability, and client experience</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills&Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years of Product Management experience</strong>, with strong technical exposure</li><li><strong>Mandatory experience in FX, trading, brokerage, or trading platforms</strong></li><li>Proven experience working closely with backend and frontend engineering teams</li><li>Ability to define system logic, workflows, calculations, and edge cases</li><li>Experience delivering complex, data-driven web or mobile products</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable operating in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</li></ul><p><strong>Technical&Domain Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of how trading platforms operate (orders, pricing, execution, balances, fees, etc.)</li><li>Ability to break down complex business requirements into technical product specifications</li><li>Experience supporting engineers during build, testing, and release phases</li><li>Confidence discussing system behaviour, dependencies, and trade-offs</li></ul><p>You are<strong>not required to code</strong>, but must be able to reason through technical problems and product logic independently.</p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with regulated financial products</li><li>Exposure to analytics, tracking, or experimentation frameworks</li><li>Experience launching new platforms or scaling existing ones</li><li>Familiarity with web or mobile product architectures</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>Clear, implementable product requirements trusted by engineering teams</li><li>On-time delivery of complex product initiatives</li><li>Stable, scalable FX and trading functionality</li><li>Measurable improvements in platform performance and user outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Hantec Markets?</strong></p><p>We’re a global broker with innovation at our core.
