Sr. Sales Manager – Enterprise

<div><p>The Sr. Sales Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for driving Sales within<b>Enterprise segment</b>focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of IT systems, a strong network within the UAE enterprise sector, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for IT infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise accounts</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.</li><li>Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination.</li><li>Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.</li><li>Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans.</li><li>Collaborate with technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.</li><li>6–10 years of sales experience in the UAE region, preferably within an IT System Integrator or Technology Vendor.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, security, etc.)</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>UAE driving license is a must.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
