Technical Director leads and oversees multidisciplinary design and construction supervision functions, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment between design intent and project execution across the full lifecycle.The role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight, acting as the organisation's highest technical authority while driving project performance and team excellence.Client DetailsOur client is a well‑established organisation within the industry, known for delivering high‑quality projects and innovative solutions and recognised for their expertise and commitment to excellence in their field.Technical Leadership (Design & Supervision)Provide strategic leadership across architecture, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.Act as the final authority on technical design approvals and engineering decisions.Ensure alignment between design intent, client requirements, and construction execution.Establish and maintain technical standards, QA/QC frameworks, and best practices.Mentor discipline leads, senior engineers, and supervision teams.Project Oversight & DeliveryOversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from concept through handover. Monitor technical performance, programme adherence, and key milestones.
