The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiringknowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign e-learning courses using Articulate authoring tools: Storyline and Rise (theymust contain engaging interactions, knowledge checks and provide great learningUsing advanced MS Office skills, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint, to edit, refreshand build exciting documents and productsCreating engaging learning activities and compelling course contentWorking with subject matter experts and identifying target audiences training needsApplying tested instructional design theories, practice and methodsKnowledge and experience of using digital media creation software and animationtools (Vyond, Adobe Creative suite) to create icons, graphics, motion graphics,animated and video graphic mediaIntegrate audio and video assets into learning modulesProvide recommendations on eLearning enhancements based upon adult learningprinciples and technology advancementsManaging content for online tools and portals including web pagesExperience of using sound recording software to record, edit and add voice-over narrative to contentExcellent verbal and written communication skills (business English) with the ability totailor communications for different audiencesExceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for designExperience in the administration of a learning management system (Totara LMS)ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience with designing and developing interactive online contentand working within a learning and development teamExperienced with working with subject matter experts and transforming content intoExperience in developing microlearning and blended learningExcellent knowledge and experience in applying adult learning theories, developmentstrategies and delivery methods for a variety of digital learning interventions#J-18808-Ljbffr
