The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality instruction, managing classrooms, and collaborating with other staff members.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a classroom setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong knowledge of classroom management principles- Ability to develop and implement effective instructional strategies- Ability to work with diverse student populations including immigrant students- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom such as interactive whiteboards, computers, etc.Responsibilities:- Design and deliver lesson plans that meet academic standards and the needs of individual students- Manage classrooms effectively by establishing rules, routines, and expectations for student behavior- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance- Facilitate small group activities within the classroom- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, parent meetings, etc.We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
