Business Analyst – Information Security TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation programme, working closely with the Information Security workstream to define and embed security processes, controls, and governance across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the business analysis approach across the Information Security workstreamDesign end-to-end business and operational processes incorporating security controlsProduce key artefacts including process maps, data flow diagrams, RACI models, and proceduresTranslate security policies and risk requirements into clear, trackable system and process requirementsLead workshops with Information Security, programme teams, delivery SMEs, vendors, and compliance stakeholdersDefine security requirements across areas such as:Logging and threat detectionVulnerability managementSecure APIs and access governanceMobile Device Management and remote accessWork with PMO and delivery teams to ensure alignment with programme milestones, governance, and success metricsSupport change adoption through documentation, training materials, and stakeholder engagementRequired Experience5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise transformation programmesExperience designing business processes and supporting organisational changeGood understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance environmentsStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience with tools such as Visio, Miro, Jira, and ConfluenceNice to HaveExperience with SAP or ERP transformation programmesExposure to security tooling or GRC environmentsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsWhat Success Looks LikeSecurity processes and controls clearly defined and embedded into programme deliveryStakeholders aligned through effective workshops and collaborationMeasurable improvements in risk management, compliance alignment, and operational readiness#J-18808-Ljbffr
