Team Leader / Architect - Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio.Architect scalable secure and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows to enhance productivity and intelligence.Build AI use cases and autonomous agents.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define solution architecture and translate business needs into technical specifications.Provide technical guidance mentorship and coaching to the development team.Stay current with the latest features updates and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and AI integrations.Ensure compliance with governance security policies and data privacy standards.Establish and maintain standard development processes documentation and quality assurance procedures.Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.Communicate project status risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Requirements and QualificationsProven experience as a Power Platform architect developer or team lead.Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio Power BI Power Virtual Agents).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/ML integrations.Solid understanding of cloud architecture security and governance in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Azure Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.WORK LOCATION - DUBAI UAE.Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
