The ideal candidate will lead developers, manage Agile execution, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient automation delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead & mentor RPA engineers; ensure quality deliveryManage Agile/Scrum ceremonies & sprint planningOversee automation development (Ui Path, Power Automate, APIs)Collaborate with Product Owners & BAs to refine automation requirementsReview design, code, documentation & ensure governance complianceHandle technical escalations & architectural decisionsDrive reusable components, standardization & best practicesManage release cycles, change control & environment readinessQualifications:5–7+ years of RPA development (Ui Path / Power Automate)Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/ScrumStrong understanding of automation best practices & exception handlingGood knowledge of APIs, SQL, workflows & integration patternsExcellent communication & leadership skills
