This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.As a Malayalee Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for students. Your main duties will include developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents/guardians.To excel in this role, you must have experience teaching in a classroom setting and be fluent in Malayalam. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.Key Responsibilities:- Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of students- Deliver engaging lectures that promote active learning and student participation- Assess student progress through various methods such as exams, quizzes, and projects- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or issues that may arise- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and strategies- Create a positive learning environment that fosters respect, inclusivity, and academic growth- Utilize technology effectively to enhance the learning experience for studentsRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching in a classroom setting- Fluency in Malayalam language is required- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)- Strong classroom management skills- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learnersWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive work environment where they can grow both personally and professionally.
